The funeral for Brenda Jo Jetton, 65, will be at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2008, at  Anderson-Burris Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Ron Olson officiating.  Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

      She was born to John and Ona (Brown) Searle on April 10, 1943 in Dewey, OK, and died Friday, Aug. 8, 2008 in Enid.

     Brenda grew up and attended schools at Bartlesville.  On Aug. 27, 1972, she married Bill Jetton in Sapulpa, where they made their home.  After moving to Enid in 1973, she worked as a Teacher’s Aide at Enid High School.  Brenda was a guitarist, artist and teacher at church for 25 years at Free Will Baptist and Cedar Ridge Wesleyan Churches.

      She is survived by her husband Bill of the home; one daughter Angela Smalling and husband Eddie, of Enid; three grandchildren, Anthony, Justin and Erik Smalling, all of Enid; one brother John Searle and wife Debbie of Okla. City; two sisters, Ruth Ann Keaton and husband Charles, and Jean Lawrence, all of Bartlesville; and numerous nieces and nephews

      Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Don and Bill Searle, and one sister Martha.
