of Jesus Christ of
Latter Day Saints, 419
N. Eisenhower, with
Bishop Scott Shields
officiating.
Cremation arrangements
are by Anderson-Burris
Funeral Home and
Crematory. There
will be no visitation or
viewing at the funeral
home.
He was born to
George Roy and Mary Anne
(Neufeld) McGee on March
7, 1941, in Enid, and
died Saturday, October
27, 2007, at his home in
Enid.
Clifford grew up and
attended schools in
Enid. He later
attended Vo-Tech where
he studied Small Engine
Repair and Adobe
Photoshop. On
March 16, 1979, he
married Betty Tracy in
Enid, where they made
their home. He
worked as a roofer,
electrical apprentice,
truck driver, and
insurance agent.
He enjoyed fishing and
visiting with all his
friends in chat rooms
online. He also
enjoyed morning visits
with friends at the
coffee shop. He
was a member of the
Church of Jesus Christ
of Latter Day Saints.
He is survived by
his wife Betty of the
home; his mother Mary
Anne Peckham of Enid;
three sons, Forrest
McGee of Enid, Mike Thal
of Lubbock, TX, and
Alfred Thal of Fairborn,
OH; two daughters,
Patricia Edwards of
Norman and Alice McGee
of Enid; seven
grandchildren; two
great-grandchildren; two
brothers, Charles and
Jack McGee, both of
Enid; three sisters,
Betty Anne Hughey of
Hendersonville, SC,
Kathy Fetsch and Fran
Rauch, both of Enid.
Clifford was
preceded in death by his
father George McGee.
