A memorial service for Eileen M. Jones, age 70, will be held at a later date.  Cremation arrangements were by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home and Crematory.  There will be no viewing or visitation at the funeral home.

            She was born to Joe and Anna (Mayer) Miller on June 10, 1937, in Bentley, North Dakota, and died  Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at Integris Bass Baptist Hospital in Enid.

            Eileen grew up in Mott, North Dakota and attended school there.  In the fall of 1954, she married James M. Jones in Mott.  She was a homemaker and mother, raising seven children.  She also was a truck driver in the oil industry.  She enjoyed playing cards and fishing, and she was an excellent horse rider.

            She is survived by four sons, Clarence Jones of Aline, Marvin Jones of Howard, KS, Kim Jones of Buena Park, CA, and Merl Jones of Aline; two daughters Janet Jones of Fayetteville, AR, and Nancy Jones of New Hampshire; fourteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two brothers Harvey Miller of Enid, and Dennis Miller of Livingston, TX; and two sisters Delores Klein of Karlsruhe, ND, and Evelyn Nickle of Cleo Springs.

            She was preceded in death by her husband, James, son Calvin Jones and brother Joseph Miller.
