A graveside service for
Enid C. Joslin, age 82,
of Enid, will be at 2:00
P.M. Monday, January 15,
2007, at the Enid
Cemetery Chapel, with
Pastor Marilyn Murray
and Rev. Tom LeGrand
officiating.
Arrangements are by
Anderson-Burris Funeral
Home.
She was born
to Marion (Pete) Walker
and Elsea Mae
(Buffington) Couch on
December 27, 1924, in
Enid, and died Thursday,
January 11, 2007, at
Integris Bass Baptist
Pavillion in Enid.
She grew up
in Enid, where she
attended school.
On June 14, 1942, she
married Marvin Joslin in
Las Vegas, NV, and they
made their home in Enid.
She worked at the Enid
State School as a
RLSA II. She was a
member of the Cherokee
Nation Tribe and V.F.W.
Auxiliary.
Enid is
survived by her son Bill
Joslin and wife Glenna of Willow Spring,
MO, and daughter, Marsha
Freeman of Enid; five
grandchildren, Billy
Paul Joslin, Marvin and
Amy Joslin, Roxanne and
Bill Geddes, Marie and
Keith Womack, Dylan and
Nicole Freeman; and
three
great-grandchildren.
She was
preceded in death by her
husband, Marvin, four
brothers and four
sisters.
Memorials may
be made through the
funeral home to First
Assembly of God Church.
