     The funeral  for Dr. Tina Denise Good, 51, will be at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, Jan. 25, 2009, at the Anderson-Burris Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Dan Heath officiating.  Burial will be at a later date in the Oakwood Cemetery, Wewoka.

    Tina was born to Vaughn and Laura (Dinsmore) Good on Sept. 25, 1957, in Wewoka, and passed away Thursday, Jan. 22, 2009, in Enid.

   She grew up in Enid and graduated from Enid High School in 1975.  She attended the University of Oklahoma, earning a Bachelor’s Degree, Masters Degree in Psychology, and graduated from O.U. School of Medicine with honors, earning a Doctorate Degree in Medicine.   She interned in Medicine and Pediatrics in Little Rock, Ark. and in internal medicine at O.U. Medical Center. She was a member of Chi Omega Sorority.  After graduation, she practiced medicine in Durant.  Tina then was a Hospitalist at Integris Baptist Medical Center in Okla. City.  In 1999, ill health caused Tina to give up her medical practice, and she moved back to Enid.  Dr. Good was a member of Okla. Medical Association as well as American Medical Association.  She was also a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church.

   Tina is survived by her parents, Vaughn and Laura Good of Enid, two brothers, Mike Good and Larry Good, both of Enid; two aunts, Glenda Watson of Enid, and Patty Elliott of Texoma; three uncles, Tokey Dinsmore of Enid and Pete Dinsmore, both of Enid, and Ronald Good of Cody, WY; many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and cousins.

    She was preceded in death by one sister.

   Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Full Life Fellowship Church in Decatur, Texas or a charity of donor’s choice.
