The funeral service for Doris Joan Hull, age 60, will be at 10:00 AM Tuesday, September 22, 2009, at Central Assembly of God Church, with Rev. Kevin Ward officiating.  Burial will be in the Enid Cemetery, with arrangements by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.   Visitation with the family will be Monday evening from 6:00 to 7:30 PM at the funeral home.

      She was born to John Henry and Doris Isabell (McCormac) Turner on November 24, 1948, in Kilgore, TX, and died Saturday, September 19, 2009, in Enid.

     She grew up in Texas and attended school there.  On July 15, 1973, she married Harlan H. Hull in Beaver, OK, and moved to Enid in the late 70’s.  She was a hairdresser and a member of Central Assembly of God Church.  She was loved by all her nieces and nephews, and very much adored by her daughter Mary.

     Joan is survived by her daughter, Mary L. Hull of Enid; sister Sharron J. Turner of Enid; two brothers, John Lee Turner of Garber, and Jerry Turner of Darrouzett, TX; and several nieces and nephews.

    She was preceded in death by her parents John and Doris Turner, brother Ronnie Turner, and a sister-in-law.

    Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Central Assembly Star Widows or Senior Saints.
