A memorial service for Jean Ann Lively, age 55, of Enid, will be at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, November 9, 2006, at the Anderson-Burris Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Jim Thorpe officiating.  Arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.

             She was born to Eugene and Carleene (Lee) Dieterle on August 31, 1951, in Perry, and passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2006, in Enid.

            Jean graduated from Drummond High School in 1969.  She was a homemaker and mom.  In the early 80’s, she attended Cimarron  Valley Vo-Tech in El Reno.  She was a LPN for twenty years.  Recently Jean has been employed at Greenbrier Nursing Home as Assistant Director of Nursing.

            She is survived by son Kevin Dieterle and wife Neil of Tulsa, one daughter, Kristi Dieterle and fiancée Ryan Richards, both of Enid; two brother C.A. Dieterle and wife Barbara of Enid, and Bobby Truitt and wife Velda of Cleo Springs; and one sister, Cheri Deaton of Shreveport, LA.

            She was preceded in death by her parents.
