     A graveside service for Jack Delbert Keck, age 90, of Burkburnett, TX, formerly of Enid, will be at 10:30 AM Friday, June 26, 2009, at Memorial Park Cemetery, with Dr. T.A. Chick and Rev. Terry Chick officiating.  Arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.  Visitation and viewing will be Friday morning from 9:00 to 10:00 AM at the funeral home. 

     He was born to Elbert “Teed”  and Ivy (Elvidge) Keck on August 8, 1918, in Dover, OK, and died Monday, June 22, 2009, at his home in Burkburnett. 

     He attended school in Enid and then graduated from high school in Nacona, TX.   He served in the United States Army.  On May 25, 1940, he married Juanita Moody in Medford, and they made their home in Enid.  Jack worked at Champlin Refinery as an instruments foreman for forty-four years.  He was a long-time member of Bible Baptist Church in Enid.

     Jack is survived by his wife Juanita of Burkburnett, TX; son Jack W. Keck and wife Marilyn of Burkburnett, TX; daughter Beverly Parham of Indianapolis, IN; two brothers, Bill Keck of Colby, KS and Roy Keck of Enid; three granddaughters Shannon Keck of Crescent Springs, KY, Shelby Slowik and husband Nick of Indianapolis, IN, and Stacey Williams and husband Brandt of San Francisco, CA; two step-grandchildren Michelle Wiese and husband Mason, and Michael Barfield and wife Deanna, all of Burkburnett, TX; and seven great grandchildren, Jack, Alexandra, Brayden, Madison, Marley, Dalton and Morgan.

     He was preceded in death by three sisters, Dorothy Goldman, Hilda Yarbro and Inez Grimes; and son-in-law, Frank Parham.

      Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Bible Baptist Church of Enid or Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation – Alzheimer’s Division.
