A Memorial Service for Jessie Marie Kliewer, age 86, of Enid, will be at 2:00 P.M. Friday, December 19, 2008, at Garriott Road Church of Christ, with Pastor Ray Rose officiating.  Viewing and visitation will be before the service Friday 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon at Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.

   She was born to Henry and Oma Evalee (Earp) Campbell on January 29, 1922 in Howe, Oklahoma, and died Friday, December 12, 2008, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Enid.

    Jessie attended Homestead Public Schools.  On August 24, 1939, she married Manuel Kliewer in Fairview, and they made their home in Southard, OK.  During her life, Jessie enjoyed people and worked at many different places, including K-Mart.  She was a long time member of Garriott Road Church of Christ.  Jessie was Worthy Matron of Eastern Star – Ruth Chapter.

    She is survived by one son, Richard Kliewer and wife Donnita of Enid; two grandchildren, Ronnie Kliewer and wife Ann of Enid, and Shonda Airhart and husband Chan of Mountain Home, Idaho; four great grandchildren, Dana, Lauren, Makayla and Macy; three great, great grandchildren, Kevis, Emmie and Rysland; nieces Paulette Shaffer and Yvonna Douglas, both of Edmond; and many other nieces and nephews.

    Jessie was preceded in death by her husband, Manuel, one sister, four brothers, and one great-grandson, Ryan Kliewer.

    Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Garriott Road Church of Christ.
