The funeral for
Kristopher Kody Lamb,
26, will be at 2:00 PM
on Friday, Oct. 30,
2009, at the Hoover
Building, with Rev. Bob
Smith and Rev. Rodney
Kucera officiating.
Burial will be in Enid
Cemetery, with
arrangements by
Anderson-Burris Funeral
Home. Visitation with
the family will be
Thursday from 6:00 to
7:30 PM at the funeral
home.
He was born to James
Kent and Tammy (Hess)
Lamb on July 18, 1983,
in Wakita, and died
Friday, Oct. 23, 2009,
in a motorcycle accident
near Chandler.
Kody grew up in
Wakita, attending school
through 6th
Grade. He then moved to
Enid and graduated from
Chisholm High School in
2003. He then attended
Autry Vo-Tech. He
worked for Hamilton
Customs as a custom
fabricator. Kody then
became a welder for
Steco. He enjoyed
spending time with
family and friends,
playing guitar, riding
his motorcycle, working
in his yard and building
amazing pieces of art.
Kody loved helping
people in anyway he
could.
He is survived by
his mother Tammy and
stepdad Dan Warnecker of
Enid; sister Heather
Dawn (Lamb) Williams and
her fiancée Patrick
Parrish of Enid; niece
Laney Jade Williams of
Enid; dad James Kent
Lamb of Medford;
grandparents Mary
Margaret Hess, Checker
and Judy Lamb, and Bill
and Alita Lamb, all of
Wakita; Dolores
Warnecker of Enid; girl
friend Jerrica Weathers
and her son Jarrett of
Meno; special friends
Arvol Dingess and Dustin
Walls, both of Enid; and
numerous family and
friends.
Kody was preceded
in death by his
grandparents Lewis Paul
Hess, Opal Goodwin and
Augie Warnecker; aunt;
and uncle.
Memorials may be made
through the funeral home
to Compassionate
Friends.
