A funeral service for Lanie Gail Lewallen, infant daughter of Kevin and Sara (Higgins) Lewallen, of Omega, will be at 10:00 A.M. Thursday, April 19, 2007, at Parker Chapel in Ames, with Rev. Doyle Warren officiating.  Burial will be in the Ames Cemetery, with arrangements by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.

            She was born to Kevin Charles and Sara Jeanette (Higgins) Lewallen on March 26, 2007, in Oklahoma City, and died April 15, 2007, in Oklahoma City.

            Lanie is survived by her parents; maternal grandparents, Barry and Janetta Higgins of Ames; paternal grandparents, Charles and Jeannie Lewallen of Longdale; maternal great grandparents, Charlotte Montcastle of Ames and Jim and Barbara Griffin of Enid, and Marshall and Jo Higgins, of Lubbock, TX; paternal great-grandparents, Arlo and Martha Gibson of Hardesty and Oma Dee Lewallen of Elk City; aunts of uncles, Andrea and Chad Cooper of Enid, Aaron Higgins of Ames, Brandi and Brandon Nyberg of Bethel, and Heather and Brent Davis of Arapaho.

            She was preceded in death by her great-grandfathers, Ivan Montcastle and Vergil Lewallen.
