            The funeral service for Lois Jean Kaiser, age 76, of Enid, will be held Monday May 19, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. at the Anderson-Burris Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Wiggs officiating.  Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.

            Lois was born to Clarence and Sylvia Pearl (Louk) Ingersoll on November 16, 1931 in Overbrook, Kansas, and died on May 15, 2008 in Enid.

            Lois received her B.S. from Ottawa University, and taught Jr. and Sr. High School math and science classes for ten years.  On June 24, 1956 she married Bob Kaiser in Ottawa, Ks.  She has been an active member of the First United Methodist Church since 1973, participating most recently in the Sooner Sunday School Class, United Methodist Women and the Mustard Seed prayer group.  Lois volunteered for years at the Midgley Museum and for VITA, a volunteer tax service.  Lois was active in Home Extension Clubs in Kansas and Oklahoma for over 45 years, most recently the Bethany Home Extension Club. Lois loved to travel with Bob throughout the country. 

            Lois is survived by her husband Bob of the home; 2 children, Linda Miller of Oklahoma City, and Ronnie Kaiser of Sapulpa; 5 grandchildren,  Ashley Kaiser, Lynneth Miller, Leanna Miller, Peggy Miller and Peter Miller.

            She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother Sgt. Frank T. Ingersoll; and a grandson Robert Miller.

            Memorial may be made through the funeral home to OMRF Cancer division, or First United Methodist Church.
