memorial service for
Grace Belle Looney, age
65, of Enid, will be
held at a later date.
Cremation arrangements
are by Anderson-Burris
Funeral Home and
Crematory.
She was born to
James Edward and Laura
Fay (Mantooth) Rush on
April 20, 1943, in
Hominy, and died Friday,
March 20, 2009, at St.
Mary’s Regional Health
Center in Enid.
Grace grew up in
Hominy and attended
school there. On May
23, 1959, she married
Troy Looney in Hominy,
and they made their home
in Fairfax. They later
moved to Enid, and she
worked at the Fairchild
Center in Billings for
twenty-five years. She
enjoyed making afghans
and going to casinos.
She loved spending time
with family and friends
and enjoyed watching her
grandson play drums.
She is survived by
her husband Troy of the
home; three children,
Patty Leal of Enid, Pam
Clark of Okeene, and
Mike Looney and wife
Kelli of Enid; four
grandchildren; two
great-grandchildren;
three brothers, Carl
Rush of Lawton, Jimmy
Rush of Leesville, LA,
and Lloyd Rush of
Hutchison, KS; and
three sisters, Violet
Ridenour of Cleveland,
Mary Goodson of Enid,
and Joy Prewitt of
Stroud.
Grace was preceded
in death by her parents,
one brother and one
sister.

to Dr. Dexeus Relay for
Life.
