The funeral service
for Clark Kimball “Kim”
Luther, age 72, will be
at 2:00 P.M. Saturday,
May 2, 2009, at World
Harvest Church, with
Pastor Brad and Tammy
Mendenhall officiating.
Burial will be in
Memorial Park Cemetery,
with arrangements by
Anderson-Burris Funeral
Home.
He was born to
Clark A. and Lois
(Hobart) Luther on April
5, 1937, in Des Moines,
IO, and died Tuesday,
April 28, 2009, at
Integris Bass Baptist
Medical Center in Enid.
Kim graduated from
Hickman High School in
Columbia, MO, and then
served in the U.S.
Marine Corp. from 1955
to 1959. He worked for
Sinclair Oil Company in
Columbia, and then owned
Luther’s Rental and
Service Station in
Warrenton, MO. On
September 28, 1985, he
married Betty Fischer,
and they made their home
in Warrenton. He was a
Volunteer Fireman with
the Warrenton Fire
Department for seventeen
years. In February
2008, they moved to
Enid, where he was a
member of World Harvest
Church.
He is survived by
his wife Betty of the
home; two daughters,
Diana Flora of
Camdenton, Mo, Linda
Howell and husband Mike
of O’Fallon, MO; five
step-children, Dan
Fischer and wife Kathy,
of Warrenton, MO, Don
Fischer, of Warrenton,
MO; Kraig Fischer of
Herrin, IL, Sandy Foster
and husband Ron of Enid
and Cara Murphy and
husband John of
Midlothian, VA; nine
grandchildren; one great
grandchild; and one
sister Rose Mary
Castleberry of Austin,
TX.
Kim was preceded in
death by his parents.

through the funeral home
to World Harvest
Outreach Projects.
