     The Mass of Christian Burial for Dwaine Arnold Miller, age 77, will be at 12:00 noon, Monday, November 24, 2008, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, with Rev.  Kevin Ratterman and Rev. Michael Wheelehan officiating.  The Recitation of the Rosary will be at 7:00 P.M. Sunday at Anderson-Burris Funeral Home with Deacon Tony Crispo officiating.  Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, with arrangements by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.

     He was born to Edward Frances and Velvia Nadean (Chodrick) Miller on December 9, 1930, in Enid, and died Thursday, November 20, 2008, at his home in Enid.

     Dwaine grew up in Enid.  On November 4, 1953, he married Mary C. Oberst at St. Francis Catholic Church in Enid.  He worked as a parts man for various automotive supply stores, including Central Automotive Motor Supply, Owens Supply, and Marlatt Auto Supply.  Dwaine was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.  He enjoyed his grandkids’ ballgames, dog shows, and was an avid race fan.

     He is survived by his wife Mary of the home; three sons, Ronald Miller and wife Cathy of Medford, Steven Miller of Enid, and Randy Miller of Wakita; son-in-law Joe Booze of Enid; daughter-in-law Carma Miller of Enid; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; four sisters, Verdina Gallas of Moore, Wilma Ammons and Joe of Little Rock, AR, Irene Woodford of Girard, OH, and Joy Stark and Ed of Midland, TX.

     Dwaine was preceded in death by his mother, father, daughter Lisa Booze, brother Jack Miller and sister Rose Hensler.
