            A memorial service for Rev. Norman Lee Cullumber, age 73,  will be at 1:30 P.M. Wednesday, May 30, 2007, at Central Christian Church, with Rev. Don Johnson officiating.  Visitation at the funeral home will be all day Tuesday, with the family present from 6:30 to 8:00 P.M., and until noon on Wednesday.  Arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home and Crematory.

            He was born to William Ray and Orpha Bell (Dittemore) Cullumber on June 8, 1933, in St. Joseph, Missouri, and died Sunday, May 27, 2007 at Integris Bass Baptist Pavillion in Enid.

            Norman grew up in St. Joseph, MO, and graduated from high school there.  He served in the United States Army.  On March 10, 1956, he married Catherine Bosch in St. Joseph.  He graduated from Phillips Seminary in May 1962.  He was a member of Central Christian Church, Jet Masonic Lodge # 438, Enid Masonic Lodge # 80, and Enid Civitan Club.  He was also a past president of the Civitan Homes.  He served as pastor for churches in Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Florida and Illinois.  Rev. Cullumber was currently the pastor of Goltry Congregational Church.

            He is survived by his wife Catherine of the home; two sons, Jim Cullumber and wife Shari of Indianapolis, Indiana and Ed Cullumber and wife Linnea of Liberty, Missouri; two grandchildren, Spenser and Carissa; one brother Dean Cullumber of Shelton,Washington; one sister Kathy Phillips of St. Joseph, Missouri; and brother-in-law Freddie Reynolds of Shreveport, Louisiana.

            He was preceded in death by his parents, stepfather Charles Snodderly, and sister Sandra Reynolds.

            Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Goltry Congregational Church, Central Christian Church or Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation – Diabetes division.
