A funeral service for Rita Joyce Galusha, age 60, will be at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 22, 2006, at  Living Word Fellowship Church, with Rev. Terry Glaze and Rev. Clarence Glaze officiating.  Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, with arrangements by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.

            Rita was born to Homer and Jessie (Harbour) Sweeney on December 14, 1945, in Denison, Texas, and died Sunday, November 19, 2006, at Integris Bass Baptist Hospital in Enid.

            She grew up in Denison, graduating from high school there.  She was employed by American Standard Insurance Agency.  She later worked for Enid State School until her early retirement.  On September 2, 1994, she married George Galusha in Enid. She was a member of Living Word Church.

            Rita is survived by her husband, George of the home; son Keith Arnold and wife Cindi of Oklahoma City; step-children, Mary Seek and Jeneice Snow, both of Enid; one brother Hoyt Sweeney of Durant; one sister Carol Jackson of Mansfield, TX; thirteen grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.

            She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, two grandsons, one granddaughter; one stepson, and son-in-law.
