A memorial service for Allen Clark Shults, age 53, of Enid, will be at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, February 12, 2009, at the Anderson-Burris Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Jeff Jackson officiating.  Visitation and viewing will be Thursday morning from 10:00 to 12:00 noon at the funeral home.  Cremation arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.

    He was born to George Allen and Jeanette (Baldwin) Shults on February 4, 1956, in Enid, and died Monday, February 9, 2009, at his home in Enid.

    Allen attended Chisholm High School, and graduated in May 1974.  He attended Oklahoma State University, but returned home to help his parents with farming.  He met and married the love of his life, Carla Norris on July 28, 1984, in Enid.  Allen worked in the heating and air-conditioning business as well as a self-employed massage therapist.  He was a certified scuba diver.

    He is survived by his wife Carla of the home; two daughters, Brandi Montgomery and husband Karl of Wichita, KS, and Carlie Rumbo of  Fortesque, MO; three grandchildren, Brandon Montgomery, and Colton and Caylee Rumbo; two sisters, Becky Shepard of Yukon, and Sandy Lewis and husband Rocky of Broken Arrow; three nephews, Josh Lewis and family, Jordan Lewis and Damien Shepard; and many cousins and friends.

    He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Jeanette Shults, and his paternal and maternal grandparents.
