A Memorial Service for
Christine Kay Tinsley,
age 45, of Enid will be
held at 10:30 A.M.
Saturday, December 6,
2008, at the Garriott
Road Church of Christ,
with Minister Ray Rose
officiating. Viewing
will be Thursday and
Friday at the
Anderson-Burris Funeral
Home.
She was born to
Harold and Mary Lou
(Crawford) Eaklor on
August 18, 1963 in
Tacoma, Washington, and
died Saturday, November
29, 2008, in Enid.
Christine grew up
in Washington. On August
11, 2001, she married
Randy Tinsley at his
grandparent’s home, and
they made their home in
Enid. She attended
Autry Vo-Tech and earned
her MAT Certification.
Christine was baptized
at the Garriott Road
Church of Christ in
Enid. For the past
three years, she has
worked at Golden Oaks
Retirement Village.
Christine was a very
caring person, who
always put others
first. She loved her
pets and enjoyed helping
others.
She is survived by
her husband, Randy of
the home; her son Jeremy
Eaklor of Arizona; one
grandchild; her father
Harold Eaklor and his
wife Marilyn of
Washington; her
mother-in-law Jan
Tinsley of Enid; four
brothers, Mike Barber,
Lee Barber, Tony Eaklor
and Lonnie Eaklor; and
two sisters, Pam Eaklor
and Lisa Morales.
Christine was
preceded in death by her
mother Mary Lou Eaklor,
and one sister, Charlie
Onthank.
