The Mass of
Christian Burial for
Elizabeth Ann Vogt, age
89, of Breckenridge,
will be at 1:00 P.M.
Wednesday, January 14,
2009, at St. Francis
Xavier Catholic Church,
with Rev. Kevin
Ratterman officiating.
Burial will be in
Memorial Park Cemetery,
with arrangements by
Anderson-Burris Funeral
Home. Recitation of the
Rosary will be Tuesday
evening at 7:00 P.M. at
Anderson-Burris Funeral
Home Chapel, officiated
by Deacon Tony Crispo.
She was born to Fred
and Anna Fostich on
January 30, 1919, in
Kansas City, Missouri,
and died Sunday, January
11, 2009 at St. Mary’s
Regional Medical Center
in Enid.
Elizabeth grew up
in Kansas City,
Missouri. On May 14,
1949, she married Adolph
J. Vogt, and they made
their home on a farm
near Breckenridge. She
was a homemaker, and a
longtime member of St.
Francis Xavier Catholic
Church.
She is survived by
one daughter, Carolyn
Pearson and husband John
of Enid; two sons, A.J.
Vogt and wife Gloria of
Enid, and Jim Vogt and
wife Joy of
Breckenridge; and one
grandson Brandon Vogt.
Elizabeth was
preceded in death by her
husband Adolph, two
brothers, and two
sisters.
Memorials may be
made through the funeral
home to St. Francis
Xavier Catholic Church.
