Keith loved living and having fun.  He enjoyed riding his Harley motorcycle, rock climbing, playing the guitar, making people smile, golfing, OSU football, scuba diving, and mostly spending time with family and friends.  He had a passion for the Boy Scouts, earning many awards and honors including Eagle Scout, Arrow of Light and Silver Beaver award for service.  He loved leading his son’s troop, where he was known as “Cub Master Keef”.  He was extremely compassionate and generous and had a deep, humble faith in his father God.

Keith is survived by his wife Lori, children Elizabeth Waken of Enid, Sam Waken and Anna Grace Waken, both of Oklahoma City; Cody, Casey, Cameron and Jenny Hopkins, all of the home; his parents Bill and Emily Waken and Uncle George Waken, all of Enid; brothers Steve and Carolyn Waken of San Antonio, Brad Waken and Kari Higgins of Enid, Van and Natalie Schuermann of Enid; nieces Alex and Carli Waken, Kira Higgins; and nephew John Waken of Enid; and countless dear friends and relatives.  He will be deeply missed.
