Anderson-Burris Funeral
Home Chapel, with Rev.
Jeff Jackson
officiating. Cremation
arrangements are by
Anderson-Burris
Crematory. The only
visitation and viewing
will be Tuesday evening
from 4:00 to 7:00 PM
She was
born to Michael Ray and
Rachel Lee (Scheuerman)
Burnham on July 15,
1975, in Plantation,
Florida, and died
Sunday, May 9, 2010, at
her home after a
courageous fight against
cancer for four years.
Brandy
attended schools in
Kremlin, Enid and
Ringwood. She loved
playing softball, and
was on the Enid High
Softball team. On
February 14, 2002, she
married Hati V. Walker,
and they made their home
in Enid. They moved to
Sand Springs in 2005 and
back to Enid in 2007.
Brandy worked as a
caregiver at various
healthcare facilities
and worked as a cook at
Golden Oaks Village.
She enjoyed being with
her family and friends
and loved to go camping
and spending time at the
lake. She was an
advocate for her
daughter’s speech and
hearing impairments.
Brandy attended Calvary
Baptist Church.
She is
survived by her mother
Rachel Scheuerman of
Enid; her father Mike
Burnham and wife Mary of
Enid; husband Hati
Walker of Enid; six
children, Chanller
Marston, Chearaka
Marston, Chavis Burnham,
Ca’tya Walker, Blake
Walker, and Elizabeth
Walker, all of Enid;
five brothers, Michael
Burnham of Sperry,
Travis Sellers and wife
Suzanne of Enid,
Chad Burnham and wife
Kristina of Medford,
Doug Burnham and wife
Tina of
Dennison, TX, and J.P.
Johnson and wife Shawna
of Tahlequah; two
sisters, Sherri Salyer
and husband Keith of Waukomis, and
Becky Watkins of Enid;
grandmother Hazel
Scheuerman of Chouteau;
and several nieces and
nephews.
Brandy was
preceded in death by her
paternal grandparents,
maternal grandfather,
and aunt.
Memorials may be made to
the funeral home in
Brandy’s name.
