A funeral service for William “Bill” Lewis Morrow, age 71, of Enid, will be at 1:30 PM Thursday, October 4, 2007, at the Anderson-Burris Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Steven Meier officiating.  A graveside service will be Saturday, October 6 at 10:30 AM at the Colony Cemetery in Colony, Kansas.  Arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.

He was born to Frank and Velma Mae (Lewis) Morrow on September 28, 1936, on the family farm near Burlington, Kansas, and lost his fight with cancer on Monday, October 1, 2007 in Enid.

Bill grew up in LeRoy, Kansas.  On March 5, 1960, he married Nancy H. Kettle in Colony, Kansas, where they made their home.  He was a salesman for a chemical company for many years, and moved his family to the Enid area in 1974.  He started B & M Construction in1991, selling the business and retiring in 2006.  He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in LeRoy, Kansas for forty-nine years and was a member of The Scottish Rite in Guthrie.  Bill was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.  He had a talent for fixing almost anything.

He is survived by his wife Nancy of the home; two daughters, Sherri Craig Quigley of Midland, TX, and Lori Morrow of Enid; four grandchildren, Stephanie Pinkerton and husband Ben of Stillwater, Levi Craig of Alberta, Ontario, Travis Craig of Balmorhea, TX, and William Morrow of Enid; two great granddaughters, Peyton and Riley Pinkerton; one brother Frank Morrow and wife Judy of Haysville, KS; brother-in-law Charles Kettle and wife Norma of Topeka, KS; and family friend James Hicks of Drummond.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to O.M.R.F. – Cancer Division.
